This is a good first suspension. Please be sure you study all the prerequisite articles and techniques, and have sufficient overall rope experience, before attempting suspension. When you do suspend for the first time, make sure there are other people around to help if you get into trouble.

    I don't understand how to tie a hanger. It hasn't been explained up to this point.
