Figure 8 Side Hip Harness [Level 3]


  • Start with figure 8 around hips and one leg, with larks head opposite leg
  • Continue pattern without reversing after initial larks head, building up a weave at the cross opposite the knot
  • Cheat down on the front of the thigh a bit if you need to, to get the cross back onto the flat side of the leg/hip
  • The knot is the top side; the woven cross is the bottom (load-bearing) side
