Side to Hip Inversion Transition


  1. Tie Shinju or CTK and inversion harness or Swiss Seat
  2. Go up into side suspension normally, using a hanger between the leg loop and attached hip loops; try to preposition hips as much as possible
  3. Raise the bottom ankle as high as possible, rotating the front of the hips towards the ceiling
  4. Attach support line to the leg loops in front and lift as far as possible into inversion
  5. Clear the old hip support line
  6. Lower the chest
