Side to Hip Inversion Transition
- Tie Shinju or CTK and inversion harness or Swiss Seat
- Go up into side suspension normally, using a hanger between the leg loop and attached hip loops; try to preposition hips as much as possible
- Raise the bottom ankle as high as possible, rotating the front of the hips towards the ceiling
- Attach support line to the leg loops in front and lift as far as possible into inversion
- Clear the old hip support line
- Lower the chest
