This is a simple way to tie the knees up toward the chest. Midori seems to have coined the term, but I prefer Tracker's version, which uses excess rope to provide padding to the shoulders -- that's important because downward force on the shoulders/neck tends to be the limiting factor in how tight you can make this type of tie.
