This is the bar tie variation I use most often, because it's the fastest way to get a bar tie with the rope coming off securely anchored in the middle.

    I can't see the half hitch at the end - I can't tell exactly what is happening when he says "around and through here".

      you pass the ropes through the double bite, then go around the cuff and across and under the loop you just made

      I was surprised you didn't go through the cuff at either end to secure the end points of the bar ties near the wrist. Do you ever have a problem with the wraps collapsing in towards the center?
