- Center bottom foot under ring before lifting top foot
- Lift sequence (top foot, hips, bottom foot)
- Bottom is helping lift hips with foot!
- May need to raise top foot at end, depending on angle/flexibility
- Lower sequence
- Prep hips for lower
- Release bottom foot, lower hips, release top foot
