• Center bottom foot under ring before lifting top foot
  • Lift sequence (top foot, hips, bottom foot)
  • Bottom is helping lift hips with foot!
  • May need to raise top foot at end, depending on angle/flexibility
  • Lower sequence
    • Prep hips for lower
    • Release bottom foot, lower hips, release top foot
