Ankles to Chest (Supine) [Level 1]


Tie quick shoulder harness, column ties on each ankle, then bring up to chest. Optionally, bring arms between legs and secure to back of ankles.

Alternate approaches to achieving a similar position are Happy Baby or the Pocket Sling.
